WilliamDOWLINGBilly Hebburn, formerly Gateshead Died peacefully in hospital on the 18th July 2018 aged 71 years. Much loved husband of Pat. Devoted dad, grandad and great-grandad, brother and brother-in-law. A celebration of Billy's life will be held at South Shields Crematorium on Tuesday 31st July 2018 at 2:45pm, afterwards at the Hebburn Legion Club. Rest in Peace.
